Rice Bags for Cold Symptoms

As we enter what is known to be the ‘Cold and Flu’ season I wanted to send a few ideas of ways you can use your rice bags. 
 
While each of our Rice Bags are very versatile and can be used for multiple things they also are created with certain features in mind. 

I wanted to share some useful tips on how to use the different rice bags to help alleviate cold symptoms.

These simple remedies can provide significant comfort:
 
Fever: Place a cold Rice Bag along your spine. The cooled bag can help reduce the fever.
Or place a warm bag along the spine and experience how the gentle heat can help reduce discomfort associated with fever.
 
Sinuses // Clogged Nose: A Heart-shaped Rice Bag can be particularly helpful for relieving sinus pressure. Warm it up and place it gently on your face where the sinuses are most affected.
 
Ear Aches: If you’re experiencing an ear ache, a warmed Rice Bag or Boo-Boo Bag applied around the ear area can offer soothing relief. The Boo-Boo Bags are perfect size for the ear.
 
Cough Comfort: For chest discomfort, applying a warm Rice Bag or Heart Bag directly on your chest can help ease the sensation and provide warmth.
 
General Comfort: Any rice bag warmed up can be used to provide general comfort and relaxation throughout your body while you're feeling under the weather.
